Maxine Graham Killian
I can tell you about my life in three words: Family, family, family.
My husband, Jim, and I have been married 35 years. We have 8 children (our 9th child passed away from colon cancer in 2007), 23 grandkids and 25 great-grandkids. We celebrate our family with 3 annual events each year: A sledding party with our own Winter Olympics; a summer camping trip with Summer Olympics; and a Christmas party with Scavenger/Treasure Hunt and a visit from Ol’ St. Nick himself. We also have many special celebrations graduations, weddings, baby births, anniversaries, birthdays and get together periodically for game night.
I retired in 1996 after 20 years in the County Fair business and worked another 12 years doing accounting work, retiring finally in 2009.
My husband and I enjoy traveling in our motorhome. I enjoy reading, sewing, gardening and fun with our grandkids.
