Delma O'Brien Killinger
My husband Gary and I live in Grand Junction,Colorado which is on the western slope of the Rocky Mountains.
We are retired and enjoy our life of freedom. To waste a day if we choose, hit the road for a trip on a whim, and have new adventures.
I am excited to be able to attend my 50th class reunion. I have such wonderful memories from my childhood in North Richland while at John Ball grade school and of my wonderful classmates through high school. It is going to be exciting to re-connect with all of you at this momentous reunion.
Life has been very good to me and I feel blessed to be so content. I have raised 5 children who have given me 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. My family lives in various places – Ohio, Colorado, British Columbia and Uruguay. We enjoy time with our large family and have many memories to share.
Over the past 50 years, life has been full of surprises and challenges. It is nice to be at this point in life and be able to reflect on my accomplishments through life. Gary and I took an extended trip to Ireland and England to visit my ancestor’s homeland. We love to whitewater raft and have done some of the more challenging rivers in the south west, including the Colorado river in the Grand Canyon.
