1 – What has retirement allowed you to pursue that career/child-rearing prohibited?  Those still working, should speculate.

The best thing about retirement is being able to spend time with my daughters and grandchildren. We enjoy babysitting and attending their sporting events. We have had a chance to travel a bit and use our Hawaii time-share.

2 – What advice would you give your grandchildren?

Pursue an education.

3 – Right now, my favorite thing to do is:

Be with the grandkids.

4 – My favorite place in the whole wide world is:

Mountains.

5 – Any interesting things left in your bucket list?

6 – Feel free to add a question and have fun with the answer.

It has been nice not to have to get up and go do drywall everyday. Started doing that in 1967, ran my own drywall business from 1975 till retirement. Joan (wife of 38 years) and I retired in 2005. We have recently downsized to a smaller home and are enjoying less work from the 3+ acres and home in Badger Canyon.
